Ritu secretive about plot of Raincoat

Ajay Devgan and Aishwarya Rai have once again teamed up in the Rituparno Ghosh's debut Hindi movie 'Raincoat'. Earlier, they were together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam', which had proved a hit at the box office. Sri Venkatesh Films that released Rituparno's last movie 'Chokerbali' will produce this movie. This is the first time that Rituparno Ghosh is directing any Hindi movie. Similarly, Ajay Devgan is working with a Tollywood director for the first time. Both are happy with each other and feel confident that the movie will succeed. Ajay is fully aware of Rituparno Ghosh's ability, as the latter's 'Choker Bali' starring Aishwarya Rai had journeyed to Locarno film festival last year. So Ajay is banking on Ritu's reputation for the success of this movie. The director is confident too. He claims that he makes films only for himself. The subject matter must appeal to his sensibilities, he adds. When asked about the details of his new movie, Rituparno hinted though briefly that it's on the lines of 'Hum Dil De Chuke Saman'. More than this he would not disclose, he added.
