It seems a mega fida will soon hit theatres in India. A world fame painter M.F.Hussain is determined to produce India's biggest ever budget movie costing Rs 800 million. This is to recall that the biggest movie so far made in India is 'Devdas' produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. But it had cost Bhansali only half of what the painte estimates for his forthcoming venture. Hussain announced this in New Delhi with a great pride.

When asked about the sources of funding of his proposed movie, Hussain quipped that he had signed a MoU to sell his paintings to a business house for Rs 1000 million. He would not mind spending the large chunk of it in making a mega movie, which is his second love. Hussain has already produced two films though both of them centred on Bollywood's two beautiful actresses. His first movie was 'Gaja Gamini' with Madhuri Dixit in the main lead and the second was titled 'Meenakshi' with Tabu as the central character. To another query, he said, "I shall have fun. Na Aayegi khushi na jayega ghum, kamayegi duniya khayenge hum!"

Hussain has been rightly described as Amitabh of the art world. He commands what Amitabh does in Bollywod. Hussain has also announced that he would rope in Bollywood's galaxy top stars like Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai, besides many others.

Incidentally, M.F.Hussain has been assigned the job of creating 100 paintings in a year to earm Rs 100 crore or Rs 1000 million. He has signed a MoU with a business house owned by Guru Swaroop Srivastava to give 100 large - 4ft by 6 ft or more paintings to Srivastava on theme 'Our Planet called Earth'. He has just completed 100 paintings in Dubai, and is reportedly working in Paris on a series of 25 paintings called 'Kama Sutra'.
