First up are photos from the visit to Vindhyavasini Temple where the family took part in a pre-nuptial ceremony and were also present at the wedding of 51 couples organised by the Amar Singh Fans' Association to mark the politician's 51st birthday. Later in the evening, at the French Embassy in New Delhi, Amitabh Bachchan received the Legion d'Honneur, France's highest civilian honor.

*BREAKING NEWS* Our Aishwarya is officially engaged to Abhishek Bachchan. The news was confirmed by Amitabh Bachchan on all major Indian news channels. The proposal took place after Guru's premiere in New York City. Congratulations to the happy couple!!!

*SIZZLIN'* Mani Ratnam's 'Guru' hits theaters today. Please do go out and support our girl, and at the very least, be treated to what is being seen as a great performance by her in the film.
